Home > Events > Worship > Shabbat > Tot Shabbat & Family Dinner
Our clergy and song leader make going to Friday night services a fun, fulfilling event for families with young children (or grandchildren). Held twice each month, these evenings begin with an engaging, interactive, 30-minute Tot Shabbat service which teaches Jewish prayers, traditions, and rituals through songs, stories, and art projects.
Following the service, stick around for a lovely dinner.
Both the service and dinner will take place inside the Julia Bindeman Suburban Center in Potomac, so no need to worry about the weather!
This Tot Shabbat is open to the community, and a wonderful chance to meet our ECC educators and see what’s happening in our classrooms.
The RJW ECC Waves class is hosting the Tot Shabbat on Nov 15th.
The class kindly asks that families attending bring a non-perishable food item for donation that night to help families in need.
