Home > Events > Worship > Tot Shabbat & Family Dinner
Our clergy and song leader, Lisa Baydush, make going to Friday night services a fun, fulfilling event for families with young children (or grandchildren). Held twice each month, these evenings begin with an engaging, interactive Tot Shabbat service, which lasts about a half-hour and teaches Jewish prayers, traditions, and rituals through songs, stories, and art projects.
Following the service, stick around for a lovely dinner.
Both the service and dinner will take place outside at the Julia Bindeman Suburban Center in Potomac. We will be outside, so please remember to dress for the weather!
Everyone 5+ must show proof of full vaccination, masks are optional.
This Tot Shabbat is sponsored by our Keshet Class of two- and three-year-olds (Keshet means rainbow) and Olam Class of toddlers (Olam means earth). It is open to the community and a wonderful chance to meet our ECC educators and see what’s happening in our classrooms.
