One of WHC’s favorite tikkun olam traditions is back!

We are excited to offer a variety of volunteer opportunities so that we can help those in need in our area have a happy Thanksgiving

All the Fixin’s

Help us assemble 550 bags of Thanksgiving essentials for families from Abram Simon Elementary School,
N Street Village, National Capital Area YWCA, and Friendship Place.

Ways to Participate:

1. Come to Sunday Stuffing and help assemble the bags.
2. Many of WHC’s Auxiliary & Affinity groups are collecting specific items that will go in the bags. Keep an eye on your email for details from the following groups about where, when, and how to donate:

2239, Besters, the WHC Board of Directors, Brotherhood, Community Issues/Social Action, WHC’s Early Childhood Centers, Early Torah and Haftorah Study Groups, Kol Rinah, WHC’s Religious School, SEA Change, WHECTY, and Women of WHC.

3. Sponsor an All the Fixin’s bag by making a $45 donation to WHC’s TOV Fund.
