Rabbi Kariv is the first Reform rabbi to serve in the Knesset and chairs the powerful Committee on Constitution, Law, and Justice. He is a member of the Labor party with a history of progressive civil society leadership on religious pluralism, fighting racism and hate, as well as a commitment to the peace process and achieving a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Prior to his election in 2021, Rabbi Kariv was the President and CEO of the Israel Movement for Progressive and Reform Judaism.
We hope you can join us for this unique opportunity for an intimate gathering with MK Kariv, who is making waves in Israel in fighting for justice, equality, and pluralism. We are hosting this event in conjunction with our partners at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism.
