On Saturday, November 9, from 10:00-11:30am, we’re hosting a family Shabbat led by Carla Friend, the Founder and Executive Director of Tkiya, – an organization that helps create joyful Jewish connection through music!
This experience is ideal for children ages 0-5.
Upon arrival, families are met with bagels, fruit, and other treats… in addition to creative projects for kids of all ages. Then, we’ll gather for some highly interactive music!
Afterward, kids play and climb and run around our indoor “playground” while noshing on more bagels, coffee (for adults), and more!
It’s a fabulous way to spend a Saturday morning… and easily the ABSOLUTE best family-friendly Shabbat experience I’ve ever seen. Carla is a master of engaging kids’ music. Do not miss this!
The cost is $20 for WHC members and $25 for non-members (per family). Register using the form below.
Washington Hebrew Congregation’s Young Family Shabbat experiences are presented in proud partnership with The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.
