Join us to explore how underlying cultural practices and assumptions can either inhibit or support our congregational inclusion efforts and how to move towards practices that support transformation both internally and externally. You will create your vision for culture shift toward more inclusivity, equity and relationality, identify areas where we want to shift to more inclusive and relational practices, and identify potential obstacles.
