With a new Justice recently confirmed, a docket full of blockbuster cases, recent changes in the court’s ideological balance, proposals for restructuring, and the issuance December 21 of the report of the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court, these are tumultuous times for our nation’s highest court. The Supreme Court is on everybody’s mind.

Our speaker, Professor Jeffrey Rosen, is extraordinarily qualified to help us understand what is happening. He has a broad and deep background in constitutional issues with a special focus on the Supreme Court.
